Let’s talk about … men and suicide | Monday 1 September
Too many men are struggling in silence but talking can save lives.
On Monday 1 September, a free community event will take place at North Inch Community Campus, Perth, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, open to anyone aged 16 and over who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts, concerned about someone else, or affected by suicide in any way.
Organised jointly by the Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership, University of Dundee, and Families Empowering Communities, this event brings together voices from across our community, including The Neuk and Samaritans and others, for an honest panel discussion, hear from people with lived or living experience of suicide and a connect with local support in a relaxed, world café style space.
Together, we can break the stigma, open the conversation, and help save lives.
