In order to permit BT Works on the above section of road I recommend that a temporary traffic regulation order be prepared. It is to be effective from the 1st September 2025 for a period of two weeks.
The order will temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and loading on the C406 Kinclaven from its junction with private access to property known as Balmains Lodge to its junction with the U118, a distance of 716.55 metres or thereby.
