The Community Council for Stanley and District in Perthshire is made of upto 8 volunteer members. It is our responsibility to act on behalf of the local Communities in a wide range of matters such as planning, licensing, local Community development, housing etc. We aim to ensure that the local voice is heard at all levels in all matters that fall within our scope. Our statement of intent is as follows: "Stanley and District Community Council aims to be a positive and clear voice for our Community, representing local views and advocating for the needs and aspirations of all. We will encourage collaborative and transparent working to preserve our heritage, support local priorities and work to build a better future for all."
