The Community Engagement Team is part of Perth and Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP). Our role is to support communities across Perth and Kinross to: have conversations about health and wellbeing; identify health and wellbeing needs and ambitions; and encourage people to play a part in decisions which affect them.
