Sign removal completed
a sign for house builder Ogilvie Homes has been removed after submission of enforcement notice
An item raised at our last Community Council meeting was the installation of a sign in The Square, Stanley, by Ogilvie Homes directing to its current development, Millside Park.
This sign was placed without the appopriate permissions.
After checking planning application notices and submissions a Member of the Community Council submitted an enforcement notice with Perth and Kinross Council.
This has now been actioned and the sign has been removed.
It is not permissable to to install signage such as this without the appropriate permissions and this will usually require planning permission.
If you're planning any works then advice can be sought from the Planning & Development office at Perth and Kinross Council.
